As part of the efforts of the Authority of Persons with Disabilities to enhance e-participation and empower persons with disabilities, the Authority launched a public consultation on “Measuring the Inclusiveness of Persons with Disabilities in the Financial Sector.”
The consultation aimed to assess the extent to which financial services and the means of accessing them meet the needs of persons with disabilities, as well as to identify the key challenges associated with using banking and financial services. These include digital channels, self-service machines, communication channels, and customer service.
