As part of the efforts of the Authority of Persons with Disabilities to enhance e-participation and empower persons with disabilities, the Authority has launched a public consultation titled “Challenges Faced by Persons with Disabilities During the University Admission and Registration Process.” The consultation aims to identify the key barriers that may hinder their access to higher education and to develop appropriate solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. The consultation also seeks to explore challenges related to the availability of suitable academic programs, the digital accessibility of admission and registration platforms, as well as any other difficulties students may encounter.
