The opening ceremony will be hosted on December 3, and the closing awards ceremony will be held on December 9, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. in the Conference Hall at Princess Norah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) in Riyadh. The festival is targeting all members of society to ensure the integration of persons with disabilities and raise societal awareness about disability.
