Yesterday, Wednesday, March 13th, the second forum was organized by the Authority of People with Disability (APD) in the Khobar Governorate. The forum was attended by the Chief Executive Officer of the APD, Dr. Hisham Alhaidari, a large number of people with disabilities, specialists, and those interested in this field, in order to listen to their demands and suggestions.
