The Authority of People with Disability received the Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Osama Al-Asfoor. The Chief Executive Officer of the Authority of People with Disability (APD), Dr. Hisham Al-Haidari, and the APD’s staff presented the efforts of Saudi Arabia in empowering persons with disabilities as well as the governmental initiatives, programs, and services that contribute to their empowerment. During the visit, aspects of cooperation were discussed and the experiences of Bahrain in caring for persons with disabilities were presented.
