Instructions for Requesting Open Data
Providing Instructions and Guidelines for Users:
Open data refers to a specific set of public information that is machine-readable, freely available to the public, and can be used or shared by any individual, public, or private entity, without restrictions.

Open data can be used and shared
Open data does not include any private or confidential information, it consists of public data that can be shared -

Open data can be accessed by visiting Open Data Plateform

If the required open dqtq is not available , a request for open data can be sub;itted by filling the form on the website of the Authority of People with Disability (APD)
Clear Prodcedure for reviewing, auditing and approving the request:

The applicant logs in through the National Unified Access via the APD's website by using the "Contact Us" section (Click Here) .

The applicant fills out the form with the following details:
(Name - Email Address - Mobile Number - Request Subject - Type of Open Data - Request Description ).

The request is forwarded to the relevant department for review and analysis

Once the request has been processed, the applicant will be informed of the result.
Response Time and enabling users to track the status of open data requests

Response Time: Two business days.
