The Digital Government Authority (DGA), the Authority of People with Disability (APD), and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) jointly launched the Digital Inclusion Program in an effort to provide assistance to the elderly and individuals with disabilities.

The primary objective of the program is to facilitate the independent utilization of government services by individuals with disabilities and the elderly. This will be achieved through the promotion of digital inclusion within government agencies and the provision of innovative digital products and services that align with the requirements of individuals with disabilities. Additionally, the program seeks to enhance the quality of digital government services in order to bolster beneficiary satisfaction, facilitate the adoption of the digital inclusion concept by government agencies, and empower them to promote independent utilization of government services by individuals with disabilities and the elderly.

It is worth mentioning that the APD strives to improve the quality of services provided to individuals with disabilities, develop all pertinent strategies, and enhance the services provided by various sectors in order to achieve a comprehensive and harmonious society.
